Job Title:
Health and Safety Advisor
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver comprehensive health and safety training to employees encompassing manual handling, toolbox talks, and safety induction.
2. Conduct rigorous safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.
3. Implement and enforce the organization's health, safety, and environmental policy across all departments.
4. Collaborate with management to prepare thorough reports on incidents and provide actionable statistical data.
5. Work closely with the HSQE team to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
Requirements:
* Valid full driver's license essential for company vehicle usage.
* Desirable: third-level qualification in Health and Safety or related field.
* Previous experience in Civils, drainage, or utilities sector.
* Confident, motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
