AXA is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from across all communities.We are hiring a Branch Relief Facilitator to support operations in our Navan, Mullingar and Cavan branchesIn this role, you'll support our local branch operations as an insurance representative by providing relief cover as required while ensuring excellent customer service and successful delivery of sales targets aligned to the Direct Retail strategy.What you'll be doing:While the base location is Navan, you will also be required to provide direct support across the Mullingar and Cavan branches, whilst demonstrating and role modelling the required behaviours that will drive the business forward and achieve profitable revenue growth across all relevant product lines. This role will also actively support Insurance representative staff in-branch as and when required and act as a point of referral to ensure delivery of a consistent quality service to customers.• Provide relief to Branch Offices / sales teams as required.• Support the branch team(s) to prioritise workload and deliver on key objectives, including product specific initiatives.• Actively support other branch staff as and when required and act as a point of referral to ensure delivery of a consistent quality service to customers.• Demonstrate a consistent proactive approach in achieving sales targets, including prospecting, up selling and cross selling of Retail and Commercial lines.• Deliver excellent customer service at all contact points in the customer journey and actively supporting field prospecting activity and local clinics as appropriate.• Review complex customer queries and where necessary assisting staff with technical queries to point of resolution.• Resolve all complaints in compliance with CPC/FCA guidelines.• Provide support for Management, potentially completing delegated activities such as holiday file rosters, Petty Cash Reconciliations etc.• Assist Branch / Regional Management with implementing Account Audit recommendations actions for Branches.• Ensure adherence to all regulatory /legislative requirements as well as governance procedures and policies in order to conduct business in a fully compliant manner.• Provide support to Branch / Regional Management as directed.• Maintain comprehensive up to date knowledge and information on AXA's product range and actively promoting self-serve.• Provide regular market insight and reporting on emerging trends in a timely manner.• Participate in cross functional departmental projects when required.• Oversee and reconcile all scheduled operational tasks.
