This is an 8 month contract job full time onsite Mon-Fri
Key duties & responsibilities:
* First point of contact
* Meet & greet customers
* Manage customer calls, queries & appointments
* Oversee the booking schedules and cancellations
* Provide admin support to the design team
* Maintain & update the CRM system
* Support the sales process
* Chase business leads & potential sales
* Customer aftercare follow ups
What are we looking for?
* 2-3 years experience in an office/reception/customer service role
* Strong customer service focus
* Sales driven
* Strong computer/IT skills & CRM experience
* Excellent phone manner & people skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Present a professional appearance
