This role also encompasses exploring high-efficiency power supply architectures for advanced applications in industry.The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in power electronics or other relevant areas with strong leadership and coaching skills, fostering innovation and guiding a team of talented engineers toward breakthrough solutions within budget and on schedule.
