The Role
My client, a specialist sustainability and energy consultancy, is currently seeking an experienced Administrator to support their growing team. This is a full-time, permanent position based in their Dublin 4 office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
As the Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting a range of technical teams and assisting with day-to-day office operations.
Tasks & Duties
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across various technical teams
- Manage and coordinate the company's social media activity
- Cover reception duties as required
- Prepare, format, and proof documents in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, ensuring compliance with internal standards
- Print, collate, and bind documents for internal and external use
- Perform general ad-hoc administrative duties as needed
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy administrative role, ideally within a professional office environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Canva is an advantage
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy
- Previous experience in the construction, engineering, or consultancy sectors is preferred
- Must be based within a commutable distance of Dublin 4 and hold full working rights in Ireland
