With a strong reputation for quality delivery and technical expertise, they are expanding their BIM team to support ongoing project demands.THE ROLE:TheBIM Supervisorwill be responsible for:Leading a team of 3 BIM Technicians, providing support, guidance, and quality oversight.Carrying out BIM design and coordination for building services projects.Reviewing and overseeing designs to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.Coordinating with engineers, project managers, and site teams to resolve design challenges.Ensuring that BIM workflows and standards are adhered to across the team.Supporting project delivery through effective digital modelling and collaboration.THE PERSON:Our client is seeking candidates who:Have proven BIM experience within building services, M&E, or construction projects.Possess coordination or supervisory experience, ideally leading a small team.Are proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks (or similar BIM software).Have strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with project stakeholders.Are detail-oriented, organised, and committed to quality delivery.THE PACKAGE:Salary : €60,000 - €70,000 (DOE)Pension : Contributory schemeContract : Full-time, permanentOther : Ongoing training and career progression opportunitiesLOCATION:Dublin (commutable from Meath, Kildare, Wicklow, and Louth)BMS Performancespecialises in recruiting Engineering, Design, and Building Services professionals across Ireland.
