An established and well-regarded law firm is seeking a Legal Assistant to join its Conveyancing Department. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in residential property to be part of a busy, supportive team.
Key Responsiblities
* Supporting fee earners with a full range of conveyancing matters
* Preparing and managing legal documents
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
* Managing files from instruction through to completion
* General administrative support within the department
Key Requirements
* Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal assistant role
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple files and work in a fast-paced environment
* High attention to detail and a professional approach
* Office-based role, 5 days per week
