This includes hands-on backend development (NodeJS) and frontend development (React/React Native). The initial development phase is expected to take approximately 2–3 months, and given the startup environment and your ownership of product delivery, this may require working extended hours during this period to ensure a timely and successful launch. Compensation—whether in the form of salary or profit share—will be milestone-based.
