The role of Sales Support Specialist is a pivotal part of our team, focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch support through various channels.


Key Responsibilities:

* Support customers by addressing their concerns, finding solutions, and maintaining high standards of service
* Collaborate with the sales team to prepare contracts, client presentations, and coordinate internal efforts
* Contribute to marketing initiatives, such as developing promotional materials and executing creative campaigns
* Manage databases, process data, generate reports, and oversee invoicing tasks
* Participate in projects aimed at enhancing the customer experience and driving business growth


Requirements:

* A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a solution-oriented mindset
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
* Previous experience in an administrative or back-office support role is advantageous
* Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
