The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supporting individuals to develop valued social roles and also have experience in supporting individuals with communication needs and those who may display behaviours of concern.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* FETAC/ QQI Level 5 (Major Award) in Healthcare or equivalent
">
* Ability to use own initiative and plan effectively
">
* Experience/knowledge of supporting persons with a range of support needs
">
* Valid licence to drive a manual vehicle in Ireland
">
* Excellent communication skills
">
* Strong initiative and creativity
">
* Flexibility and willingness to undertake roster covering various houses/locations

Other Information

The successful candidate will be required to be available for any day and sleepover shifts. In addition, we require staff members to be willing to work alone in the residents homes.
