Key Responsibilities:
* Manage new and existing client relationships for multiple properties
* Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Create proposals for clients, follow up to secure business
* Organize and conduct regular client meetings, presentations, site visits, and familiarization trips
* Promote hotel offerings to clients at industry events
* Proactively identify sales opportunities from internal and external sources, research, and target new business
* Maintain accurate sales records using the CRM system
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role within tourism, hospitality, or retail is preferred
* A proactive, self-motivated individual with ability to work independently
* Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills with fluency in spoken and written English
* Impeccable personal grooming
