Client: Leading Real Estate Advisor
Essentials: 7+ years of relevant experience; Property degree; PSRA Licence (or ability to obtain); extensive valuation and advisory experience; strong leadership and client management capabilities; high proficiency in Argus, Excel, and advanced valuation methodologies.
Location: Dublin 2
Salary: €90,000 - €110,000
Package: 22 days annual leave; hybrid working; pension; allowances; phone & laptop; bonus

Reporting to: Managing Director / Head of Department
Our client, one of Ireland's most trusted real estate advisory firms, is seeking a Director to join and grow their Valuation & Advisory team. This appointment reflects significant expansion and a commitment to delivering market-leading expertise across commercial, retail, development, and investment assets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership: Oversee valuation outputs, ensuring excellence in RICS Red Book compliance, client service, and technical accuracy.
* Client & Portfolio Management: Act as senior advisor to major developers, investors, lenders, and operators. Lead complex mandates and portfolio valuations.
* Divisional Growth & Strategy: Shape strategy, growth plans, and new service offerings. Lead on major pitches and tenders.
* Team Development: Mentor and develop Surveyors, Senior Surveyors, and Associate Directors.
* Market Leadership: Represent the firm publicly, contribute to research publications, and engage across industry networks.
