Job Overview:
To expand organisational capacity in using evidence-based teaching methods and assisting service users in acquiring practical and personally meaningful skills.
Main Responsibilities:
* Functional Assessment: Conduct comprehensive functional behavioural assessments to identify function-based interventions and supports for individuals presenting with challenging behaviours, under the guidance of a local Behaviour Therapist.
* Function-Based Behavioural Intervention: Design function-based interventions that align with the target environment's requirements and develop, monitor, and adjust behaviour support procedures under the supervision of the local Behaviour Therapist.
* Evidence-Based Skills Development: Develop, monitor, and adjust skills development programs aligned with person-centered goals and under the supervision of the local Behaviour Therapist.
Requirements:
A master's degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis or an equivalent qualification. Minimum two years' experience working with individuals with behaviour support needs. Excellent programme facilitation skills, including rapport building, evidence-based behavioural instruction, and data collection.
