We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced program director to lead our strategic efforts in the FMCG industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
This role requires a deep understanding of the FMCG industry landscape, as well as strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-impact programs that drive results-driven outcomes.
Key Skills & Qualifications
* 15+ years of experience leading large-scale capital programs (€50 M–€200 M+) in FMCG or similar process-driven industries;
* Firm technical grounding in engineering design construction utilities food-safety systems commissioning validation;
* A solid understanding of digital manufacturing platforms including MES automation data control systems;
* A confident leader with executive presence able to engage effectively at Board/Ex Com level;
