This organisation was proudly recognised as aGreat Place to Work in 2025, reflecting a strong culture and genuine commitment to employee engagement and development.This role supports the full employee lifecycle, ensuring HR best practice, strong compliance, and a positive employee experience across the business.Key Responsibilities:Support the full recruitment cycle and onboarding of new employees.Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, and performance reviews.Maintain HR policies, procedures, personnel files, contracts, and HR documentation.Manage absenteeism records, rosters, HR reporting, and training records.Ensure compliance with Irish employment law, GDPR, health & safety, and internal policies while promoting engagement and development initiatives.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years' experience in a HR Generalist role.HR qualification.Strong working knowledge of Irish Employment Law (essential).Experience managing disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, and the full recruitment lifecycle.Excellent communication, people skills, and experience using HR systems.DisclaimerBy applying, you are giving consent for Matrix Recruitment to contact you about this job.
