Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic team. This role will involve providing high-quality psychological services to individuals with complex mental health needs, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapy/counselling sessions.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver evidence-based psychological services to meet the needs of service users
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated and coordinated care
* Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans for individuals with complex mental health needs
* Facilitate therapy/counselling sessions and group interventions
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A recognised professional postgraduate qualification in clinical psychology
* 3 years of experience working in a service for individuals with Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, and/or Mental Health difficulties
* Full clean driving licence
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work within a fast-paced and flexible team environment
