Conference & Banqueting Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conference & Banqueting Manager to lead our dedicated team in delivering exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.
About the Role:
* The successful candidate will manage day-to-day operations of the conference and banqueting department, ensuring all events are delivered to the highest standard, meeting client expectations and hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* To coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth event execution.
* To lead, train, and motivate the C&B team to achieve excellence in service delivery.
* To oversee the entire event experience, from initial planning stages to final delivery.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a C&B Manager or Assistant Manager in a 4-star hotel or similar environment is essential.
* Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate a team are required.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously are necessary.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills are also required.
