This includes supporting our cloud-based telecommunications systems, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and implementing system improvements. You'll collaborate with team members to architect and design solutions that scale to meet our growing needs. As part of our commitment to service excellence, you'll participate in regular on-call rotations to ensure our systems remain reliable and available 24/7.A day in the lifeYour typical day might begin with reviewing system alerts and addressing any overnight incidents. You'll join your team's daily stand-up to discuss ongoing projects and any challenges requiring collaboration. Throughout the day, you'll work on system improvements, respond to escalated technical issues from IT engineers, and participate in project meetings with global team members. You might spend time documenting solutions, updating runbooks, or working on automation scripts to improve our systems.
