Position Overview
Our client is currently seeking a Marketing and Communications Executive to join their team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Membership & Public Affairs and will play a key role in delivering high-impact marketing and communications activities.
Person Specification
* Creative Communicator: Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
* Digitally Savvy: Comfortable with digital marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, Hootsuite, or similar.
* Organised & Independent: Capable of managing multiple priorities and working proactively in a team or independently.
* Engaged & Curious: Willingness to learn, collaborate, and support new ideas to enhance communication strategy.
* Client-Focused: A team player with a commitment to delivering professional and high-quality engagement.
Key Objective
To deliver engaging, relevant, and timely marketing communications that enhance brand visibility, support member engagement, and promote our client’s leadership position in the property, land, and construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Content Creation: Draft and edit content for newsletters, reports, website updates, and other digital/print materials.
* Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and monitor social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
* Email Marketing: Design and deploy segmented email campaigns and track performance analytics.
* Website Support: Contribute to front-end website updates, publication posts, and cross-team collaboration for streamlined content publishing.
* Professional Guidance Article Administration: Identify relevant member topics, coordinate author contributions, and manage editorial calendars.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Assist with outreach and communication to members, partners, and the public.
* Ad Hoc Campaign Support: Contribute to organisation-wide marketing and public affairs campaigns as required.
Experience & Qualifications
* 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing, communications or public relations role.
* Strong organisational and project management skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline (preferred).
* Basic graphic design experience (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
* Experience using AI tools for content generation and analytics (desirable).
