Our client is a global technology company supporting government, elections, and social impact partners through data-driven, policy-aligned solutions at scale and looking forResearch Analyst .The Government & Social Impact (GSI) team supports government, elections, and nonprofit partners globally by maintaining and leveraging interconnected civic and political data sets.The Research Analyst II will play a key role in managing, reviewing, and maintaining these datasetsto ensure compliant, accurate, and equitable partner support.This role requires a highly detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills,experience working with large-scale data, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionallywith partner managers, data teams, auditors, and engineers.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain government and political data sets, including the Managed Partner Set (MPS), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and equitable supportConduct desk research and prepare, review, and QA manual lists and workbooks of civic and political dataPartner with regional GSI managers to review data and provide policy-aligned recommendationsAnalyze large-scale data using SQL, Python, Excel, and analytics tools to identify issues, trends, and insightsUpload, extract, and maintain data across CRM systems and upstream data sourcesCollaborate with engineering teams to test system updates, monitor data pipelines, and identify anomaliesPerform root-cause analysis and track operational metrics to drive process, policy, and product improvementsMinimum Qualifications5–10 years of experience in data operations, research, or related fields managing large-scale global programsStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topicsProven experience analyzing data to deliver actionable business insightsExperience reviewing and validating dashboards and reportsPractical experience querying or reading SQL databasesProficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and ExcelPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of government, elections, and international political systems2+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or technical program/product management2+ years of experience with scripting or statistical tools (e.g., Python, R)Experience developing, maintaining, or monitoring data pipelinesEducationBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Government, or a related fieldThis opportunity is an 10,5 -month contract, fully on-site, based in Dublin, paying up to €76,000 (pro rata).
