Define and execute the company’s vision, strategy, and growth plans
Oversee restaurant operations, wholesale supply, sourcing, and distribution
Drive financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and margins
Ensure efficient, scalable, and cost-effective operations
Lead, train, and develop large teams and senior management
Build strong relationships with suppliers, wholesale partners, and key stakeholders
Use data and market insights to improve performance and customer experience
Promote innovation, quality standards, and operational excellence
Report to the Board of Directors on performance and strategy
Job Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of senior leadership experience in the restaurant, food service, wholesale/F&B or similar industry, with experience in a CEO, COO, or equivalent executive role.
Strong background in restaurant operations and wholesale food business, including supply chain and vendor management.
Proven track record of scaling multi-location restaurant businesses and managing large operational teams.
Demonstrated ability to train, lead, and motivate large teams across multiple functions and locations.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and cost control.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Deep understanding of customer experience, food quality standards, and brand management.
Experience working with Boards of Directors and senior stakeholders.
Data-driven mind-set with the ability to translate insights into strategic and operational improvements.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or any related field (not mandatory)
