AllSteelWorks, based in North County Dublin, is renowned for top-tier custom steel products. We're on the lookout for a skilled Fabrication Foreman to lead our small team. We want someone with hands-on welding experience, ideally leading others, who can handle structural and secondary steel. Ideal candidates would have:
* 5 years welding / steel fabrication experience
* 2 years in a previous leadership position.
* Ability to read and interpret drawings
* Ability to work within a team and on your own initiative.
* Capable of leading a team including mentoring new employees and apprentices
* Ability to set up Jigs
* Working knowledge of fabricating structural steel and secondary steel components like railings, gates and balconies
* Experience with MIG and Arc welding
* Experience operating CNC equipment considered and advantage.
· Safety orientated
· Must be flexible to work in other areas, as requested
· Manual Handling Certificate(Preferred)
· Safe Pass (Preferred)
· Abrasive Wheels Certificate (Preferred)
·Top rates paid based on experience.
