Customer Experience Lead
A high-performing Customer Experience Lead is required to oversee the daily operations of a retail store. This individual will work closely with the Store Manager to lead, motivate and develop the store team to achieve sales and performance targets.
The ideal candidate will be a positive and adaptable retail professional with strong leadership skills, experienced in motivating and developing teams to achieve goals and deliver excellent customer service.
