Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef de Partie at Pappadella's Restaurant, located in Carlow. The Chef de Partie will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes within their designated section. Daily tasks include managing and organizing ingredients, collaborating with other kitchen staff, and ensuring consistent plating standards.
