Assistant Leisure Centre Manager Job Summary
The role of Assistant Leisure Centre Manager is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take their career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Leisure Centre Manager in overseeing daily operations, including managing staff and ensuring high standards of customer service.
* Assist with employee training and development, as well as supporting HR initiatives.
* Implement and maintain high operating procedures across all service areas.
* Liaise with General Managers regarding operational issues and drive sales growth.
Requirements
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Knowledge of using an Invoice system.
* At least 6 months' experience as a Leisure Centre Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
* Fluent written and spoken English.
* Fully qualified and certified Gym Instructor.
* Fully qualified and certified Lifeguard (certificate must be up to date).
* Certified in Occupational First Aid (certificate must be up to date).
* Certified Pool Plant Room Operator (desirable but not essential).
* REPs Ireland Registration.
