We are currently recruiting for a team leader in CBS Kilkenny, Dunningstown Road, Kilkenny.
We are also recruiting for part time catering assistants in our schools in Kilkenny City.
Our employees are welcomed as part of the school community.
Our employees are off at the break periods: midterms, Christmas, Easter and summer (unpaid).
This may appeal to people with school going children.
We do not offer set working days, flexibility in working days is essential.
Our employees move between nearby schools for cover purposes.
This position may not be suitable to people in part time education.
The position is also subject to Garda Vetting.
The position of Team Leader in CBS Kilkenny is approx 28 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Shift time approx 7.45am -2.30pm.
Half day Wednesday approx *****am.
The position of part time Catering Assistant is approx 9 -15 hours per week, operating on a 2 day/3 day rotation.
Shift time approx 8.00am/9.00am -2.30pm.
Half day Wednesday or Friday depending on the school approx *****am/12pm finish.
The roles involve the preparation of a variety of rolls, wraps, ciabattas, pasta rice dishes.
Service of small break, lunch and clean down.
It is a very fast paced and busy working environment.
Hot dishes are cooked fresh onsite in our school kitchen.
Previous catering and cooking experience, knowledge of HACCP an advantage.
Team Leader role includes additional duties of: Rostering, recruitment, placing orders with food service providers, daily lodgement to the post office, ensuring HACCP and company policies are adhered to.
