Job Title: Support Worker
At our residential service, we provide high-quality care to young people in Roscommon. As a support worker, you will play a vital role in promoting independence and person-centred planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• To provide emotional and psychological support to young people in a safe and nurturing environment.
• To promote independence and self-reliance through skills training and education.
• To contribute to the development of individualised care plans that meet the unique needs of each young person.
• To work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
• To maintain accurate records and reports on a regular basis.
Requirements:
* A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or relevant field.
* Clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking principles.
* Working knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures.
* Working knowledge of Children's First guidelines and procedures.
* Full Clean Manual Driving License.
