- Primary Contact for Operations: o Coordinate internal account operations and technical integrations. o Work with Ad Ops to ensure effective campaign delivery and resolve technical issues.- Educate on Advertising: o Conduct training sessions, office-hours, and provide resources. o Educate advertisers on product knowledge to improve their campaigns. o Act as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for advertising best practices.- Strategic Thinking: o Align strategies and objectives, scale outreach. o Proactively fulfill tasks and communicate as needed.- Technical Knowledge: o Conduct QA for integrations like Pixel and CAPI. Ability to quickly diagnose/troubleshoot low-level blockers. o Troubleshoot technical issues and offer solutions independently.- Flexibility: o Ability to work across multiple time zones.
