Network Infrastructure Support Specialist
We are looking for a motivated professional to support the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of our network infrastructure.
This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their networking career who is eager to learn, gain hands-on experience and grow within a structured environment.
The successful candidate will have a solid technical foundation, be proactive in mindset and interested in network technologies. Key responsibilities include assisting with installation configuration and maintenance of network equipment such as routers switches firewalls and UPS systems. Additionally they will support network deployments under guidance perform basic configuration testing on devices assist with packaging shipping pre configured equipment when required monitor performance using tools like Logic Monitor Net Box help diagnose troubleshoot connectivity issues follow established security policies access controls compliance requirements perform routine tasks including software updates patches maintain update documentation diagrams records provide first- second level technical support collaborate with internal teams vendors service providers stay updated on fundamentals emerging technologies Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field equivalent education / hands-on experience 0–2 years of experience in networking IT infrastructure roles Basic understanding Networking concepts LAN WAN WLAN TCP IP OSI model common protocols Network hardware switches routers firewalls Exposure Cisco networking equipment Familiarity data center environments Willingness work regulated process driven environment Previous internship entry-level experience beneficial Certifications Nice Have Cisco CCNA ITIL Foundation basic understanding IT service management concepts Skills Competencies Strong willingness learn develop skills Ability follow procedures work under guidance Good analytical troubleshooting skills Attention detail documentation accuracy Clear communication customer-service-oriented mindset Ability effectively team-based international environment Proactive attitude continuous improvement
