Service Administrator Job We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our busy aftersales department. Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing service bookings and updating customer fleet systems and portals. They will handle incoming phone calls and email enquiries, prepare and issue service invoices, raise repair estimates and quotations, keep customers informed on vehicle repair progress, obtain customer authorization for repair work, liaise with service advisors, workshop controllers, and other departments. The role also involves filing and distributing vehicle inspection reports and job cards as well as assisting with warranty administration. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1. • Up to 12 months' experience in an administrative or similar role 2. • Knowledge of commercial vehicles (dealer or warranty experience advantageous) 3. • Familiarity with MS Office software suites such as Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook OneNote etc.and dealership systems like CDK Kerridge l
