Job Title: Administration Support (Grade III)
Location: Cork
Contract Type: Specified Purpose (Temporary)
Contract Hours: Up to 35 hours per week
Salary Scale: €26,606 - €42,805 pro rata per annum
Annual Leave Entitlement: 30 days per annum and proportionately less for less than 12 months service
The post-holder will assist in the co-ordination of the Community Paediatric Clinics and other identified clinics within the regional CHO4 Physical Disability Support Service to facilitate the smooth and efficient functioning of each clinic.
The successful candidate will have:
* Leaving certificate or equivalent standard of education
* A minimum of 1 year relevant secretarial/administrative/medical secretariat experience
* Experience of working with software designed to facilitate processing of dictated documents
* Excellent IT skills, including extensive use of and proficiency in the MS Office Suite
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Experience of working with a healthcare database software system
* Experience of working in a similar role in the healthcare/disability sector
* Experience of working at reception
