Senior Hotel Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Hotel Receptionist to join our team.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that guests have an exceptional experience by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

* You will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, handling guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.


Key Requirements:

* A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a hotel reception role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel is essential for this position.
You must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. You should provide exceptional customer service to enhance the guest's experience throughout their stay, always ensuring they feel welcome, valued, and cared for.
