Job Summary
We are seeking a talented leader to head our Technical Support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a global team of managers and engineers, driving customer adoption of Managed OpenShift.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and lead a high-performing technical support team across multiple regions
* Promote the benefits and value of Red Hat subscription business and open source development models
* Develop strategic direction and operational strategies for cloud services customers, including product improvement, documentation, self-service efforts, customer-facing tooling, and automation
* Manage CRM through Salesforce; build reports and dashboards to analyze support service operation performance
* Analyze data to identify opportunities for operational improvement; develop plans for change based on these findings;
