They are seeking a Junior Graphic Designerto join their marketing team and help produce a high volume of creative assets that support their campaigns and product promotions.Role Overview:As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with the Design Manager to create on-brand graphics usingexisting templates. Your work will appear across catalogs, emails, social media, website advertising, and more. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about design, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Generate graphics quickly using templates for multiple digital channels.Support content and catalog teams with social media posts, product images, and online advertising.Provide assets optimized for both desktop and mobile experiences.Maintain attention to detail while delivering high-quality work at speed.Assist with template updates and sourcing stock assets when needed.What We're Looking For:Strong design skills with an eye for detail.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).Good communication, organization, and teamwork skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in design or related field, or 0–2 years of relevant experience.Portfolio demonstrating previous design work, preferably in a production environment.Experience in eCommerce or retail is a plus.Why You'll Love This Role:Junior role with clear development opportunities in a supportive team.Work on diverse marketing projects across multiple channels.Flexible working with 2 days in-office in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15.25 days paid holiday per year pro rata.
