You thrive in dynamic environments, like agencies or education projects, and you enjoy juggling timelines, people and ideas.Essentials:Excellent knowledge of third-level institutions, student unions, and/or campus partnershipsProven ability to manage complex timelines, stakeholders, and logisticsConfident communicator, comfortable managing expectations in fast-paced environmentsBonus Points For:Experience in account management, project management, or client services (agency, events, experiential, or campaigns)Familiarity with event production, experiential delivery, or supplier managementExperience in student union rolesFamiliarity with Google SuiteWhat You'll Be Working OnYou will manage projects from brief through to execution, working closely with Real Nation's events, education, and creative teams to shape concepts, and coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders, including colleges, student unions, and student partners, to deliver student-focused campaigns, on-campus activations, live events, ambassador programmes, and performance reporting.Key Responsibilities:Client and Account ManagementManage a portfolio of sponsoring clients, acting as the primary point of contactLead client briefings, status updates, approvals, timelines, and budgets (where applicable)Ensure client objectives are clearly communicated to strategy and creative teamsBuild strong, trusted relationships through clear communication and consistent delivery standardsCampus Collaboration & Student Stakeholder CoordinationCoordinate delivery across college partners, student unions and student networks, supporting campus access and activation logisticsWork with institutional and student stakeholders to ensure activations are appropriate, compliant, and well-receivedProject Management and DeliveryOversee project delivery once concepts are agreed, ensuring feasibility, timelines, and budgets are alignedManage schedules, resources, suppliers, and internal teams, including events, design, production, and researchOversee delivery from concept handover through on-the-ground execution and project wrap-upIdentify risks early, propose solutions, and ensure projects remain on trackTrack delivery against agreed KPIs, including reach, engagement, participation, and brand outcomesProduce post-campaign reporting and insights in collaboration with internal teamsCapture learnings and contribute to repeatable best practice for the departmentThe OfferA meaningful role in a purpose-driven companyHybrid working model with flexibility (subject to review)An open, collaborative and idea-led cultureProfessional development and project ownershipDetailsContract: Fixed-term, 12 monthsLocation: 94 Baggot Street Lower, Dublin 2 (hybrid)Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pmRight to Work: Must be eligible to live and work in IrelandInterested?We'd love to hear from you.
