Job Title: Account Manager – Business Messaging (EMEA Mid-Market)Contract:Initial 3-Month ContractWorking Model:HybridLocation:EMEASalary:€85,000 per annum (pro rata)Bonus:33.33% annual bonus, paid quarterlyLanguages Required:1 x Native or Fluent German Speaker1 x Fluent English SpeakerAbout the RoleOur client, a global technology leader operating at scale across EMEA, is seeking two experienced Account Managers to support the growth of its Business Messaging solutions within the Mid-Market segment. This role focuses on helping advertisers and enterprise clients adopt messaging-based customer engagement solutions to drive measurable business outcomes. You will work in close partnership with an Account Manager who owns the core client relationship, acting as a subject-matter expert across messaging products, solution design, and go-to-market strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a Business Messaging product and insights expert in partnership with Mid-Market Account Managers to develop a deep understanding of client business objectives and customer journeysCo-lead client meetings and sales pitches, recommending tailored messaging solutions aligned to business needsDesign and position end-to-end solutions leveraging messaging platforms, APIs, and third-party partners where relevantBuild strong relationships with client stakeholders across business, technical, marketing, and customer experience functions, including C-level executivesDevelop and present compelling value propositions, business cases, and commercial frameworks to drive measurable outcomesLead client workshops to explore use cases, solution architecture, and integration approachesSupport deal negotiations, contracting, and commercial discussionsProvide regular pipeline updates, surface risks and blockers, and drive execution in collaboration with internal teamsCapture and communicate client feedback to internal stakeholders to identify product gaps and improvement opportunitiesMinimum Qualifications5–8 years of enterprise SaaS sales or solution consulting experienceProven experience selling complex, API-driven or messaging-based solutionsStrong understanding of messaging infrastructure and technical integrationsDemonstrated ability to operate autonomously across multiple internal and external teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven, consultative sales approachExecutive presence and experience building trust with senior client stakeholdersBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experiencePreferred QualificationsExperience in the Business Messaging, CPaaS, or customer engagement spaceKnowledge of the EMEA messaging and communications landscapeTrack record of new client acquisition and cross-selling within existing accountsAbility to influence C-level decision-makers and unlock senior stakeholder relationshipsExperience working with third-party technology and integration partners
