Head of Services | Intellectual Disability & Community Care Location: Roscommon (base), travel required Job Type: Permanent Senior Role | 35 hrs/week Salary Range:€82,258 €99,213 | 30 days annual leave We are working withone of Irelands leading providers of disability and community care services to appoint a Head of Services in Roscommon.
This senior leadership role is central to the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care across multiple service areas.
Responsibilities: Provide strategic and operational leadership.
Oversee a workforce of 400+ and manage €30m budget.
Ensure compliance with national standards and regulations.
Drive workforce development and service innovation.
Collaborate with senior leadership at regional level.
Profile: Relevant qualification (healthcare/social care).
10+ years experience, with 3+ in senior management.
Leadership of large teams (50+ staff).
Proven financial and compliance management expertise.
Strong communication and leadership ability.
Full clean driving licence.
