Role OverviewThe Accounts Assistant will support the finance and operations teams by managing invoicing, reconciliation, quotes, and a wide range of administrative duties. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a busy office environment.Location: Ashbourne, Co. MeathHours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pmKey ResponsibilitiesAccounts & FinanceRaise customer invoices and credit notes accurately and in a timely mannerReconcile accounts, payments, and supplier statementsAssist with preparing quotes and sending them to customersFollow up on outstanding payments when requiredSupport with monthly reporting and general bookkeeping tasksAdministration & Office SupportComplete necessary office forms and documentationMaintain organised records and filing systems (digital and physical)Liaise with courier companies to arrange deliveries, collections, tracking, and issue resolutionProvide administrative support for the operations and sales teamsAssist with stock intake paperwork and supplier order formsHandle incoming calls and general enquiries when requiredOther DutiesSupport management with ad-hoc projectsEnsure all office processes are followed accuratelyContribute to a positive and professional office environmentAbout UsWe are a fast-growing supplier of commercial catering and refrigeration equipment, proudly serving cafés, restaurants, and catering companies across Ireland.
