Job Role Overview
The role of HR Advisor is a 12-month position, involving various responsibilities related to employee relations and compliance with employment laws.
* Employee relations management including disciplinary, grievance, and investigations processes.
* Maintenance of accurate ER documentation in line with legal requirements.
* Providing guidance to managers on ER matters and ensuring awareness of relevant policies.
* Overseeing the Information & Consultation process.
* Delivering training sessions on compliance topics and emerging HR issues.
Key Responsibilities
* Prior experience in HR advisory roles.
* In-depth knowledge of Irish employment law.
* Proficiency in using HRIS systems for effective management.
* Diligence and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
