Role Overview
This role involves providing high-quality IT support to internal users via ticketing system, email, and phone. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, Share Point, One Drive).

Key Skills & Qualifications
* 4+ years of experience in a 1st/2nd line IT support role primarily in an enterprise environment or Managed Services environment.
* Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office365 suite and related admin portals.
* Familiarity with MFA SSO identity management concepts Virtualization is advantageous but not necessary for this position.
