Job Description
Excellent opportunity for a property finance/credit professional to join a residential development lender in Dublin.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the lending team to assess, evaluate and structure credit applications in line with credit policy.
* Performing detailed second line assessment and interrogation of credit proposals.
* Contributing to the ongoing monitoring of the loan book through the drawdown process, account reviews and review of KPI reports.
* Identifying early indicators of stress in the portfolio and supporting the lending team with work out plans.
Requirements for this Role
Successful candidate will likely have the following background:
* 6+ years' experience in credit risk management, with a proven track record assessing residential funding proposals.
* In-depth knowledge of lending agreements, covenants and security requirements.
* Keen commercial acumen with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
