The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and services to our users. Key responsibilities include:
* Incident management: investigating, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
* Triage and resolution of incidents and queries related to PC's, laptops, terminals, printers, mobile devices, shrink wrap, and in-house applications.
* Maintaining accurate records of incident progress and resolution.
In addition, the Desktop Support Specialist will be responsible for:
* Driving technical content and procedures to our knowledge base.
* Completing requests for software installation and hardware deployment.
* Ensuring compliance with service levels and promoting quality measures.
* Procuring software and hardware on behalf of the business and maintaining accurate records.
