Job Title: Medical Secretary
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Medical Secretary to join our team at St. Vincent's Hospital in Limerick.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to medical staff, including managing schedules, correspondence, and patient records.
* Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive patient information.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
* Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Requirements:
* Leaving Certificate or FETAC Level 5 Office Administration qualification.
* A minimum of three years' experience in an administrative role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
