We are working with a top‑tier Irish law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Competition & Antitrust team within their Dublin‑based office.The RoleThe successful candidate will join an innovative Competition law practice, working on all aspects of competition and antitrust, including EU and Irish merger control, competition investigations, and compliance. The candidate’s duties will also include advising on regulatory approval processes (such as foreign investment controls), competition disputes and litigation, EU state aid regulations, antitrust investigations, distribution and compliance, and foreign investment screening.The candidate will play a key role in supporting clients across all industries in a range of complex competition law matters, with further opportunities to develop experience in public procurement. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.2‑5 PQEStrong background in EU and/or Irish competition law within a medium to large commercial firm.
