Salesforce Solutions Architect Role Overview:
The Salesforce Solutions Architect is a highly skilled professional responsible for leading the architectural design of Salesforce solutions across various clouds. This role requires strong technical expertise, business acumen, and effective stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the architectural design of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
* Partner with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* Deliver high-quality end-to-end solutions that meet customer needs.
* Oversight integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
* Develop and maintain enterprise architecture standards, security frameworks, and data models.
Requirements:
* 6+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation, including 2+ years in a Solution Architect or Technical Lead position.
* Proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce implementations.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, data modeling, workflows, and automation.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
