This pivotal role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and holds strategic responsibility for Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of a transformative People Strategy and demands a visionary leader who thrives in a values-led, fast-paced environment, bringing a minimum of five years strategic HR experience, emotional intelligence, and a proven ability to embed culture and drive engagement. The Director of People & Culture will shape initiatives that foster an inclusive, high-trust culture while supporting recruitment, retention, and the employee experience through data-informed decision-making and innovative people practices. Key responsibilities include leading culture and engagement strategies, overseeing workforce planning and succession, ensuring regulatory compliance, and representing the people agenda at board level. A solid understanding of employment legislation within care or social services is advantageous.
