Team player - Work with fellow Sales staff to ensure all customers are served without delay, in a courteous manner and sales/returns dockets processed in line with company policies.
Empathetic Problem solver Deal with customer issues in a proactive and understanding manner.
Sales performance.
Ambitious learner - To develop & maintain product knowledge levels on an ongoing basis.
Undertake training in all aspects of Household Electrical appliances, TVs and IT products.
Merchandising.To assist with creating & recreating display areas, keeping them fully stocked, clean and presentable.
Communication.
Good two-way communication with Department Head to support the smooth running of the department.
Stock Management.Continuously observe stock levels throughout shop.
Report Stock outs of core lines.
Report old & damaged stock to Dept Head.
Health & Safety.Ensure you maintain high standards of Housekeeping on a daily basis.
