The individual takes initiative to engage with internal teams or external contacts to resolve questions, address issues, and support workflow continuity. They apply broad job knowledge and skills across a wide range of assignments, with an understanding of how their work impacts interdependent departments, customers, or vendors.This role independently resolves most issues, using sound judgment and recommending solutions for non-routine problems requiring approval. It involves providing detailed, sometimes technical or sensitive, information and explanations within the team and across functions as needed.Work is completed with limited supervision, allowing for a high degree of independent decision-making. Professionals at this level are experienced in their function, with the ability to manage a full range of departmental responsibilities independently. They typically have 3–5 years of relevant experience and demonstrate sound decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
