Duties
This is a developmental opportunity; no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
As part of the Roma Programme, Assistant Support will engage the Roma community to identify and address their needs and ensure broader community inclusion by:
Building Roma capacity and securing their participation and voice.
Supporting group formation and peer-led approaches to Roma health issues.
Strengthening Roma community and culture.
Creating safe spaces to strengthen Roma participation in decision‑making and review processes.
Devise and implement initiatives to engage specific Roma groups for mutual support and to identify and respond to their specific needs and aspirations (children, youth, men, women, or any interest groups).
Requirement: Romanian language essential.
