Director Of Sales
Job Description:
The successful candidate will lead sales, marketing, and revenue strategy and objectives of the hotel at both international and domestic levels. This includes overseeing day-to-day operations of sales, marketing, revenue management, events, and hotel brand strategy to ensure alignment with business goals.
* Developing, implementing, and monitoring annual sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Collaborating with the General Manager and Revenue Manager to activate agreed-upon strategies and ensure delivery of revenue growth objectives.
* Representing the hotel at local, regional, national, and international sales activities, including sales trips, network events, and presentations, workshops, tradeshows, and client visits.
Essential Qualifications:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar sales and marketing role within a luxury five-star hotel or resort.
* Expertise in luxury leisure markets, particularly in the US and UK.
* Comprehensive knowledge of revenue management and sales and marketing management practices.
